tag goes just after the tag, which goes just after the tag. Usually in body tag you add more info for the browser like background (either background file or color), the color of text, link, visited link and so on. So than your body tag would look something like this:
The six-digit number and letter combinations represents colors by giving their RGB (red, green, blue) value.
